Alex Bauer (she/her)
With a Masters in Public Administration and Public Policy, Alex is the Research and Evaluation Associate at the Sherwood Foundation and has been with the foundation since 2018. When she’s not working on public policy, she manages a salon she co-owns with her wife. She loves Omaha’s “big small town feel,” allowing space to be her authentic self and still feeling connected to an interwoven community. She believes Elevate Omaha is integral to the development of Omaha’s youth leadership and hopes to see our community tackle issues such as segregation and redlining, accessibility, wage inequality and overall systemic oppression.
